A washer that prevents bolt rotation Unlike washers that utilize surface irregularities from knurled processing to create friction resistance, the anti-rotation Tsure Zero Washer has a special structure that changes the equivalent friction diameter. It is currently under international patent application. The conical shape on the back and the hexagonal design increase the effective friction diameter against the seating surface, resulting in the reaction torque from the bolt head being more than twice as large as the tightening torque of the nut. This prevents the washer from rotating and stops the bolt head from rotating together. As the tightening torque of the nut increases, the reaction torque from the bolt head also increases, ensuring that the bolt does not rotate until the tightening is complete. 2.
