Nippon Pralado Co., Ltd. has released the "Tsure Zero Washer," a washer designed to prevent the rotation of bolts with diameters ranging from M12 to M72. ■ Features of the Anti-Rotation Washer "Tsure Zero Washer" 1. A washer that prevents bolt rotation Unlike washers that utilize surface irregularities from knurled processing to create friction resistance, the anti-rotation Tsure Zero Washer has a special structure that changes the equivalent friction diameter. It is currently under international patent application. The conical shape on the back and the hexagonal design increase the effective friction diameter against the seating surface, resulting in the reaction torque from the bolt head being more than twice as large as the tightening torque of the nut. This prevents the washer from rotating and stops the bolt head from rotating together. As the tightening torque of the nut increases, the reaction torque from the bolt head also increases, ensuring that the bolt does not rotate until the tightening is complete. 2. Significant reduction in bolt tightening and loosening time, manageable by one person By simply replacing standard flat washers with the Tsure Zero Washer, there is no need for cumbersome anti-rotation tools or backup wrenches, leading to a substantial reduction in the time required for bolt tightening operations.
