"While high-precision positioning is necessary, the delivery times do not match." The solution to such concerns is PI's compact 6-axis stage, the "H-811.I2 Mini Hexapod." PI's hexapod is utilized in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, robotics, photonics, and electromechanical technology. Thanks to our unique integrated production system, we can accommodate short lead times. We are also capable of supporting development and evaluation within limited timeframes. Despite its compact size with a diameter of 130mm, it achieves high-precision positioning across all six axes. It is ideal for optical systems and micro-manipulation applications that require fine adjustments in confined spaces. The control software features an intuitive GUI, allowing for immediate use. Introducing the high-precision piezo stage 'PIHera XY' for short delivery times.
The "PIHera XY Piezo Stage" is a two-axis positioning stage that achieves both a maximum travel of 1000 microns and high rigidity. Its stable planar motion and excellent straightness make it suitable for use in various fields that require precision positioning, such as semiconductors, photonics, biotechnology, and quality assurance, where accuracy is essential. Additionally, its advanced design allows for a product lifespan up to ten times longer compared to conventional polymer-insulated actuators. It has shown no failures even after operation tests of 10 billion cycles, making it an ideal specification for those seeking reliability. Currently, we are able to offer short delivery times, making it highly recommended for customers who need rapid prototyping or implementation.
