The 3090 EEPS measures the particle size distribution of PM emitted from engines in real-time. The 3098 PTT consists of a dilution mechanism using PTT and a volatile particle removal mechanism known as CS. Study on Quality Control through Parameter Measurement in iPS Cell Culture Supernatant

Focusing on "cell proliferation," one of the indicators of cell quality, we compared the results of cell proliferation and culture medium component analysis when changing the culture conditions. This is the result data from an experiment where the frequency of medium exchange was set to three conditions during the maintenance culture of iPS cells in a feeder-free environment, followed by three passages. In this verification, we used the cell culture environment analysis device "BioProfile FLEX2."
