We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asacrin," which can significantly improve production efficiency. In injection molding, we switched materials from black ABS to white HIPS. When replacing with HIPS alone, the resin usage is 3.8 kg, whereas the total usage when using Asacrin U grade drops to 0.8 kg. This represents a reduction of over 75% in resin usage. Additionally, this also results in a reduction in the time required for the switch, as well as a decrease in the cost of the resin used for replacement and the amount of waste generated. [Customer Feedback] ■ Previously, it took about 4 hours for the initial waste, but with Asacrin "FX grade," it was completed in just 1 hour. ■ By using Asacrin "FD grade," we were able to reduce the amount of cleaning agent used to two-thirds compared to when using other materials. ■ After testing Asacrin "UP grade" with 20 kg, the color change was completed in just 1 hour, leading to significant reductions in waste and time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

This not only significantly impacts yield but also requires disassembly and cleaning, which halts production and leads to substantial opportunity losses. Our product effectively removes foreign matter with its powerful cleaning ability, fundamentally solving the issue of foreign matter generation. Therefore, it resets the interior of the molding machine to a clean state without the need for cumbersome and time-consuming disassembly and cleaning. Inside the resin molding machine that is stopped, the residual resin deteriorates due to residual heat and oxygen in the air. As a result, problems such as foreign matter contamination during startup are more likely to occur. By sealing the machine with Asaclean, which has excellent thermal stability, it is possible to eliminate this potential issue.
