The "simple incinerator" we handle is finished with Alma processing on all models, allowing the main body to be used safely for many years. It is very economical as it is easy to handle and requires no auxiliary fuel at all. For the incineration of waste materials such as wood and rags, especially those that generate high heat, we recommend the RN type with fireproof bricks (maximum thickness of 50 mm, heat resistance of about 1,200°C). Gasification-type incinerator (also suitable for medical waste)

Complete combustion rate of approximately 99.93%! The amount of ash, excluding non-combustible materials, is reduced to about 2%.

The gasification incinerator consists of two chambers: the "gasification chamber" and the "syngas combustion chamber," and it is a batch-type incinerator that allows for the bulk input of waste. First, waste is loaded into the "gasification chamber," where a portion is ignited, and the combustion heat is used to dry and thermally decompose the other waste materials into combustible gas. This gas is then sent to the "syngas combustion chamber," where it is mixed with air and ignited with a burner to ensure complete combustion. As a result, unlike conventional direct combustion incinerators, there is no residual burning of high molecular substances (such as plastics) or moisture-containing materials, allowing for complete combustion. Additionally, for waste that is desirable to be incinerated in a sealed state, such as medical waste in its collection containers, this device is optimal from a safety and hygiene perspective. This product achieves approximately 2-3% higher efficiency compared to conventional thyristor power supplies. Since there is no switching between melting and holding power with the furnace switch disconnectors, power adjustment can be made while in operation. You can freely control the power, allowing for operations suited to various scenarios such as cold furnace starts and adjustments to melting time. This document introduces a case where significant energy savings were achieved by introducing an induction heating furnace into this manufacturing process, along with improvements in productivity, product quality, and working environment.
