■ Environmental Considerations
Compared to planar heaters using etching, the use of metal wires with a constant diameter results in less variation in characteristic impedance, and it is also environmentally friendly due to less waste liquid and waste material.
■ Selectable Conductors
Conductors can be selected according to performance, with diameters ranging from 0.05 to 0.12 mm.
Wire materials available include copper, nichrome (NiCr), kanthal (FeCrAl), tungsten, and others.
