For heat shrink of wire harnesses, use the Halogen Ring Heater HRH Series.

1. Easy heating, high temperature with the hood! The conversion efficiency from electricity to radiant energy is high, and within the halogen lamp hood, it can reach high temperatures of 650°C. 2. Instant heating, reduction of heating time. HRH transmits a large amount of heat at the speed of light, allowing for miniaturization of the equipment and shortening of heating time. Previously, idling took 30 minutes, but this can be reduced to zero. There is no time lag in heating, eliminating wasted waiting time. Since the temperature rises quickly, the power can be turned off during idle times. This saves energy and reduces electricity costs. The electricity usage cost is calculated as 2kw x 0.5h x 12.16 = 12.16 yen per day. Over a year (operating 250 days), this results in a cost reduction of 3040 yen. Additionally, the annual CO2 emissions are reduced by 100 kg! *The electricity usage cost unit is calculated at 12.16 yen/kWh. *The CO2 emission factor is calculated at 0.4 kg-CO2/kWh. 3. Heating through glass is possible. Quartz glass has almost no absorption in the visible light and near-infrared range, with a transmittance of 93%. There is only 7% reflection. Heating operations can be performed even in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere through the glass.

Features 1) It can heat precisely. The HGRH-45 is a heater that concentrates the light of a halogen lamp onto a glass rod, achieving high-temperature heating. High-Temperature Halogen Point Heater HPH-100 Series

High-temperature heating of φ10mm point to 1750℃ in a short time.

1) The φ10mm point can be rapidly heated to 1750°C. The HPH-100 is a halogen point heater that focuses the light from a halogen lamp onto a single point using a lens, achieving localized high-temperature heating. The actual temperature may vary depending on the infrared absorption rate of the heated object, but it is capable of heating a φ10mm point to approximately 1750°C at a focal distance of 25mm. The heating temperature can be controlled by the irradiation time or voltage. By operating at 90% of the rated voltage, the lamp life can be extended to about three times. *Frequent on-off operations will shorten the lamp's lifespan. 2) High-precision and safe heating is possible without contact. The halogen point heater uses a non-contact heating method with infrared, allowing energy to be transmitted without directly touching the heated object. This offers the following advantages: ■ Heating can be performed without causing physical damage to fine parts or delicate materials. ■ There is no risk of foreign matter contamination, making it suitable for applications requiring cleanliness, such as in the medical and semiconductor fields. ■ Due to the non-contact nature, there is also a reduced risk of wear or damage to the equipment side, resulting in excellent maintainability.

1) The φ24mm point can be heated up to 1700°C. The HPH-160 is a halogen point heater that concentrates the light of a halogen lamp to achieve high-temperature heating. The time required for soldering is approximately 5 seconds. The heating temperature varies depending on the type of heating target.
