Vacuum forming is an optimal molding method for small-batch, diverse production and large-scale plastic molding.

Vacuum forming and pressure forming methods have a higher unit cost compared to injection molding, which is representative of plastic molding. Extrusion molding

This is a prototype test for sheet and film molding using a T-die extruder.

We will conduct film formation experiments of various thermoplastic resins using the T-die method (die width 150–300mm). Witness testing is also possible. Additionally, we will produce evaluation samples (approximately several to several tens of meters).
