By drilling a hole from the inside and attaching a barrel, it is possible to create a burr-free ultra-small drilled component!

Traditionally, the hole drilling for ultra-small deep-drawn parts was done from the outside. However, we received a request from a customer to drill holes from the inside without leaving any burrs on the inner side of the deep-drawn parts. As a result, we have established the "hole drilling technology for ultra-small deep-drawn parts" that allows drilling from the inside.
