Typically, plateau structures formed by machining allow oil to escape along cutting marks during sliding. However, by forming tiny depressions through "OX-FSP treatment" and polishing the protruding parts with "OX-Polish," we create oil reservoirs and produce a surface with excellent oil film retention. Additionally, the surface exhibits high hardness, high compressive stress, and low friction properties.
