[Solution Case] Development and Effects of a Ultra-High Temperature 2800℃ Vacuum Furnace
Due to the ample temperature range, it is possible to completely remove impurities, including areas where the temperature is less likely to rise.
To promote crystal growth without allowing hydrogen molecules to enter the grain boundaries, a high vacuum environment was necessary. Additionally, to achieve secondary recrystallization of potassium-doped tungsten, it was also required to heat the workpiece itself to over 2000°C. As a result, we developed the equipment in-house. The first model achieved a work temperature of up to 2000°C, and the subsequent third model reached up to 2800°C. This equipment is utilized not only for the manufacturing of halogen lamp components but also for various manufacturing processes that require ultra-high temperature treatment. In particular, it has become indispensable for the removal of strong impurities, such as alumina for medical components and electrodes for ultra-high pressure mercury lamps. *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
