An example of producing a workpiece holder by machining fabric Bakelite made of thermosetting resin.

Using machining, we manufacture work holders made of thermosetting resin cloth Bakelite. We offer contract processing while considering the material's characteristics such as tolerances and distortion.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture workpieces using cloth phenolic resin (Bakelite) through machining. The workpieces for industrial machinery related to the automotive sector come in various shapes depending on their design, and we adapt by changing processing machines to closely meet your requirements. Additionally, due to the presence of tapers and radii at the processing points, we perform 3D machining (three-dimensional) using Mori Seiki machines, creating 3D data from drawings via CADCAM. (If you have 3D data, please provide it.) The inspection method involves checking the received drawings with a check mark, and for areas with tolerances, we will record the actual measured values. By inspecting the parts, we aim to reduce the defect rate caused by issues that are not reflected in numbers, ultimately striving to meet your requests. ★Helpful Information Cloth-reinforced Bakelite (PL-FLE) is a phenolic resin with a cloth base material. It is somewhat more difficult to process than paper-based materials due to its layered structure, so it is advisable to avoid overly complex shapes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Manufacturing difficult parts and shapes in plastic processing from just one piece! Furthermore, with a shorter delivery time.

Have you ever faced issues like 'no delivery date after the estimate' or 'being turned down right before placing an order'? If you're having trouble with high-precision machining or other outsourcing, please feel free to consult with us.

Do you have any of these troubles? ■ They gave a low estimate, but in the end, there was no delivery date, so the delivery was delayed... ■ Right before placing the order, they suddenly refused, saying the processing was difficult... ■ The accuracy of the delivered processed products was not good... ■ The strength of the welded or bonded parts was weak, resulting in defective products... ■ They refused because there were no drawings and it was just a single prototype... and so on. At Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., we offer contract processing utilizing our equipment for high-precision cutting, heat processing, stamping, rubber processing, sponge processing, and more. Additionally, we not only follow the drawings but also propose processing methods that take into account the tolerances, burrs, and warping of plastics. We handle everything in-house, from prototypes starting from a single unit to mass production. We provide suitable plastic resin processing based on the characteristics, knowledge, and know-how of plastic materials. Please consult with us once. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

We will process PCTFE (Daiflon) fluororesin from bar stock!

High-quality production is possible! We accommodate processing that closely aligns with your requested conditions, considering the material characteristics such as tolerances, distortion, warping, and burrs.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process PCTFE (Daiflon) fluororesin from bar stock. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, there are various shapes for insulating materials, but we can get as close as possible to your requirements through machining. Furthermore, for small lots, it is often the case that we can process R shapes that do not have standard products through NC machining, and unlike general-purpose machines, there are no tool costs involved. = Useful Information = PCTFE (Daiflon) fluorine-based materials are prone to tolerances, warping, and distortion, making them expensive and limiting their usage to specific areas. Additionally, unlike metals, plastic resin materials are generally supplied in fixed lengths, so there are not many manufacturers like ours that have a rich variety of materials. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Processing of high molar, manufacturing the rotating part ring with high precision through coaxial machining.

Processing of high molar materials, producing rotating component rings with high precision through coaxial machining. Due to the characteristics of the material, we strive to meet your requirements for tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.

Our company processes high molecular weight polyethylene and manufactures precision coaxial rotating part rings. Since it is a material equivalent to ultra-high molecular polyethylene, it tends to produce burrs, making post-processing challenging. For semiconductor-related products, many processed items made from ultra-high molecular polyethylene often have conditions that are stricter than the drawings, requiring considerable discussions even with the same user. Ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, Newlight, Ulmolar) is a material that excels in wear resistance and is relatively soft among resins, leaving marks when pressed hard with a fingernail. Mass-produced items using NC lathe composite processing (Okuma) include products that require round part indexing and small parts machining, utilizing a 5-axis machining approach to increase machine operating rates. We also accommodate "mass production," capable of handling items with large production quantities, shifting to a mass production system to meet demands. For companies, we flexibly respond to various conditions, striving to meet diverse requests such as payment terms and the absence of drawings. Since our establishment in 1971, we have been in operation until now. I deeply feel that this is thanks to the support of our users. We look forward to your continued patronage.

Processing of Inoac's PE Lite will be adjusted to fit the container box.

We will process the PE Lite made by Inoac to fit the container box. Due to the characteristics of the material, we will make every effort to meet your requests regarding tolerances and distortions.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process Inoac's PE Lite to fit container boxes. We can accommodate work shapes based on drawings or CAD data. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, there are various shapes for transport trays, but we can customize them as closely as possible to your requests through processing. Inoac's PE Lite has a sponge-like texture, which prevents scratches on workpieces and jigs. For assembly processing, we handle everything from processing to procurement of materials as a complete service, eliminating the hassle of sorting and arranging. We can also produce "small lots" starting from just one piece. Repeat orders can also be accommodated from single items. For companies, we strive to flexibly respond to various conditions, including payment terms and the absence of drawings, to meet a wide range of requests. In recent years, user demands have diversified, and we are committed to making efforts to keep up with these changes, so we appreciate your guidance and support. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Acrylic resin processing and polishing (buffing) method

Acrylic resin processing and polishing (buffing) methods! I will teach you how to visualize acrylic (polishing) through a video!

We are a company specializing in plastic resins. We primarily perform machining by skillfully using general-purpose lathes, milling machines, NC lathes, and machining centers to cut and process round and plate materials from raw materials. In cutting processes, we handle a wide range of tasks including three-dimensional processing using CAD/CAM, complex lathe processing, engraving, and gear manufacturing. In thermal processing, we perform welding and bending, and in manual processing, we handle polishing (buffing), adhesion, and assembly. Additionally, we also deal with secondary processing of molded products, as well as processing of rubber, metal, non-ferrous materials, felt, and insulation boards. Before delivery, we conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, block gauges, screw gauges, image dimension measuring instruments, three-dimensional measuring machines, and jigs to measure and check the items against the drawings. We pay close attention to dimension changes due to temperature differences, expansion due to water absorption, and distortions or warping related to shape and material, striving to meet your requests as much as possible. We hope you will first get to know our company and gain a deeper understanding of our current responses. We will be distributing videos through YouTube that contribute to the development of manufacturing, so we appreciate your support. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
