Introducing the line equipment and casting plan required for solid (block molded) production!
In solid casting, different equipment and consumables are used compared to those used in the ceramic shell method, resulting in changes to the workflow.
For wax injection into rubber molds, various types of machines are used, ranging from simple atmospheric wax injectors to advanced vacuum/auto-feeder models, depending on productivity and requirements.
As you may know, casting refers to the process of pouring molten metal into a cavity of a mold to create a metal piece that has the same shape as the cavity. However, depending on the shape, gravity casting alone may lack reproducibility in fine details. Therefore, several types of physical forces are utilized to enhance the force used to pour the molten metal.
**Casting-related equipment required for each process:**
- Rubber mold production: Heat curing device / Hot press
- Wax mold production: Wax injection machine / Auto wax spot
- Wax tree production: Electric soldering iron / Wax worker
- Mold production: Vacuum degassing device / Vacuum embedding machine
- Mold firing: Firing furnace / 6Kw electric furnace
- Casting: Casting machine / 7Kw output mold rotating pressure casting machine
