Since 2023, it has been conducted in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person participation and online attendance, attracting around 700 participants, primarily from academia and industry related to electronics packaging technology. The function tester, which is an electrical characteristic inspection device, is used to inspect the circuit operation specific to each printed circuit board (PCB) after the electronic components have been mounted, while supplying power to the board. It is optimal for 100% inspection of mounted PCBs on the manufacturing line, as it can automatically inspect a large number of items in a short cycle time. For each inspection, conditions are set using a DA and PIO board built into a PC, and voltage waveforms are determined using an AD board.
