Introducing a case of Brodisk that solved the discharge issues of mixed recycling material equipment.
This is a case where we were consulted about whether we could improve the discharge issues from the gypsum board crushing product tank using a blow disk in a recycling material mixing facility. It seems that problems are particularly severe during the rainy season, and this equipment was installed before the rainy season. As a result, there were no troubles as in previous years, and the equipment operated smoothly during the rainy season. [Overview] ■ Hopper size: 1500×2500 ■ Discharge section: 300×1500, cut out by screw ■ Blow disk operation method: - The controller, which has 6 solenoid valves built in, sequentially turns on air for a total of 12 blow disks divided into 6 locations with 2 disks each.
