"Charred Yeast Extract" uses yeast extract from the German company Ohly and is specially smoked domestically, resulting in a paste that enhances the flavors of charcoal grilling, roasting, and charring without the use of food additives. We offer two types of yeast extract as a base, "K" and "N," which can be selected based on the target ingredients and desired flavors. [Examples of Use] General seasonings, sauces, ramen soup, Japanese-style soups, Western-style soups, dressings, hamburgers, croquettes, minced meat cutlets, snacks, side dishes, etc. It is also suitable for plant-based projects and those that require no food additives or animal-derived ingredients.
