3D printing material "Rubber-like"

It is suitable for the production of prototypes of industrial parts and silicone products. It can be manufactured directly from data and is suitable for the production of final products.

It is a soft rubber-like or silicone-like material with a Shore A hardness of 50A, outputted from Form3. It is resistant to bending, stretching, and compression, and can return to its original shape without cracking even under those conditions. It is widely used for prototypes of silicone parts, shock-absorbing components, jigs for workpieces, end effectors for pick-and-place robots, and prototypes of wearable devices. It is produced using the LFS method, which is a high-quality printing method within SLA, with a layer pitch of 0.1mm, resulting in a smooth surface finish with less noticeable layering.

[3D Printing Material] New aluminum material renewed and newly launched!

The aluminum material has been renewed and is now available. In response to customer feedback, we have reviewed the quality and pricing of the current aluminum material!

We use an alloy called AlSi10Mg, which has properties equivalent to those of commonly used casting alloys. Like typical aluminum die castings, it can undergo post-processing such as polishing and plating.

3D printing compatible material "High-Precision Ceramic-Like" LumiaX1

It features a smooth surface finish, heat resistance up to a load deflection temperature (0.45MPa) of 280°C, exceptional rigidity, excellent chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties.

We use a cutting-edge 3D printing technology that combines multiple patented techniques known as HPS molding methods. Ultracur3D(R)RG 3280 has a Young's modulus exceeding 10,000 MPa, allowing it to withstand significant forces without yielding, resulting in excellent load-bearing capacity. These features make it suitable for applications in industries exposed to extreme thermal environments, such as aerospace, automotive, and electronics. Due to its excellent dimensional stability and resistance to deformation, it has a proven track record of injecting 300 parts as an injection mold for resin molding. The resin used for injection can be molded from thermoplastics such as ABS, PP, PC, and TPE. In the case of using injection molds, it may be difficult to remove the model depending on its design, so we recommend using a release agent. At DMM.make, we typically deliver with supports, but by selecting the "removal available" option, we can deliver without supports. By curing the material, the load deflection temperature (1.82 MPa) can be improved to a range of 132°C to 162°C. There is no change in the load deflection temperature (0.45 MPa) due to thermal curing.
