Company B has requested to create a mobile conveyor by placing a conveyor on top of a table lifter. The main specifications are as follows: - Since it is mobile, the lifter's elevation should be powered by a battery (DC24V). - Three types of hydraulic cylinders are needed for elevation, positioning, and as a stopper. - It must fit within a small space inside the lifter. We selected a hydraulic DC motor pump and a hydraulic non-leak valve, created a circuit diagram, and explained the hydraulic drive system to the customer. Additionally, we considered the space required to fit inside the lifter and selected the appropriate equipment. We were able to receive an order that met the customer's request.
