What is phenolic resin?

Two types: "Novolak type" and "Resole type"! The reaction progresses and hardens by heating!

"Phenolic resin" is a type of resin that is mainly classified into two categories. The "Novolac type" is reacted with an acidic catalyst, and it is not reactive on its own. The reaction progresses when heated together with a hardener, leading to three-dimensional cross-linking and curing. On the other hand, the "Resole type" is reacted with an alkaline catalyst, and the reaction progresses upon heating, resulting in curing similar to Novolac. 【Features】 ■ Novolac type - Reacted with an acidic catalyst - The reaction progresses when heated with a hardener, leading to three-dimensional cross-linking and curing ■ Resole type - Reacted with an alkaline catalyst - The reaction progresses upon heating, leading to curing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

New optical elastic resin "Jettable SVR"

Free distribution of technical materials! Design surfaces freely! Compatible with materials that have uneven textures.

High-performance displays are no longer uncommon in digital devices surrounding our lives, including smartphones, tablet PCs, and automotive navigation systems. Moreover, recent displays have shown evolution beyond the traditional rectangular shape. It is expected that the trend of increasing curved and irregular displays will continue in the future, which is why Dexerials has been working on developing new technologies aimed at enhancing the freedom of coating shapes for SVR. The result of these development efforts is "Jettable SVR." This can be applied to cover plates using inkjet technology. Similar to home inkjet printers that can print photos on New Year's cards, design data for the desired coating shape is created in advance on a computer. The advantage is that it can be applied with high precision in the exact shape as designed. *For more details, please refer to the related links. For further inquiries, feel free to contact us.

Is there a resin product inside the transparent resin (urethane) bulb-shaped product?!

Various problems that arise during the processing stages, depending on the products and materials used when creating trial parts, can be solved using the "vacuum casting method." *Free sample production available.

The "Vacuum Casting Method" from Sansei Workshop can faithfully produce replicas of industrial parts, functional components, and medical parts, including those made from soft rubber materials like polyurethane rubber (transparent resin), as well as industrial robots. Even for old machine parts that are no longer manufactured, if there is a master product, we can create the same item. Additionally, by manufacturing in a vacuum, we can avoid air bubbles and reproduce fine details accurately. ★☆ We are currently accepting customer requests for "Can you do this?" We will solve it with our processing technology! ☆★ From those who contact us, we will randomly select and process a desired sample for free! (Until the end of December 2017) *If you would like a sample, please respond to the online survey or download the PDF materials and return them via fax.
