The TH2689/TH2689A provides a maximum test voltage of 800V/500V and a charging current of 0.5mA to 500.0mA (with a maximum power limit of 50W for voltages over 100V). It is primarily used for capacitance leakage current, insulation resistance, and pressure testing of aluminum electrolytic capacitor anode foil. It can also be applied to the verification and leakage current testing of devices such as extinguishers, Zener diodes, and neon tubes. It features a standard handler interface for achieving sorting effects and stable, rapid testing. A standard RS 232 interface, optional GPIB interface, and common RS232 software are provided to meet the requirements for connecting to a computer and forming an automatic testing system. This device can receive SCPI commands to ensure compatibility with communication software.
