Introduce "ANSYS Fluent" to reduce costs and improve performance of hydraulic control equipment!

We would like to introduce a case where Rinsyo Industry utilized 'ANSYS Fluent' for cost reduction and performance improvement of hydraulic control equipment. The in-house flow calculation tool that had been used until now did not provide sufficient accuracy and was only used to confirm trends. However, with 'ANSYS Fluent', a good accuracy of -1.4% has been achieved, and it is expected to be applicable to future analysis cases. We would like to introduce our "Partial Discharge Analysis Software." It captures data to the PC while communicating in real-time with the DAC-PD-9. It can measure the charge amount for each phase and can acquire up to 18,000 charge amounts per second at 50Hz. In wideband measurements, it automatically discriminates the polarity of the discharge waveform and displays the occurrence count for both positive and negative discharges.
