The EZCR series is a CompactPCI bus rack that comes fully assembled with the rack body, backplane, connectors, and more, allowing for immediate use once the power is connected. There are four types of rack configurations, and by combining them with a wide range of optional parts, we can create a system tailored to the customer's needs.

The Kerlack RUGGED series allows for rapid prototyping and assembly of practical equipment by combining Kerl connectors and guide rails. Up to 32 printed circuit boards can be mounted in the rack at 12.5mm intervals, and up to 80 boards at 5mm intervals.

The RK series consists of four models created by combining two widths and two depths of side plates, and each model has two types of connector mounting pitches, resulting in a total of eight standard variations available.

This is a VA type backplane of PICMG2.0R3.0. The system slot is only of the right-side type. There are 8 slots. Power supply options include two types: screw terminal specification and ATX specification, as well as two types with only ATX specification. The design eliminates waste and focuses solely on the essential minimum functions.

This is a backplane compatible with PICMG 2.0 R3.0. It is a 3U type (with a physical minimum width), and the system slot position is on the right side. The power supply features our proprietary screw terminal. (It is also possible to use an ATX power connector. *Fully implemented product.)

This is a backplane compatible with PICMG 2.0 R3.0. It is equipped with a dedicated bridge board that supports 32-bit/64-bit specifications on the back of the backboard. The secondary side can also share with daughter boards, and all slots except for the system slot can be used as peripheral slots. (Number of slots: 14) The power supply features our proprietary screw terminal.

• Other industrial robots

This is a tool used to pull the printed circuit board out from the connector, applying the principle of leverage. Therefore, the board can be removed with a single touch. Spring pins (made of stainless steel) for mounting on each card are included.

This is a component that serves as a guide when inserting a daughterboard. It comes in various lengths and shapes, and our guide rails have a proven track record in electronic equipment system racks. We offer many patterns, including guide rails compatible with our RUGGED series, RK series, and ECR series, all of which comply with RoHS.

• Other Connectors

This is an optional panel used for the ECR series and VCR series. The panel protects the front of the bus rack. We provide a front panel with a handle and a filler panel to fill the gap. It is compatible with 3U and 6U sizes, and the front panel is available in 13 different widths.
