The "TFH-UD-Q" is a pressure vacuum forming machine that supports large sheets/thick plates and enables high-precision alignment. Significant weight reduction is possible through the resinization of steel plates, allowing for a substantial reduction in mold costs compared to injection molding. Additionally, when adding decoration or functionality to 3D-shaped parts, printing and hard coating can be done simply by processing sheet-like materials, eliminating the need for large equipment. Through light-transmitting printing, designs that cannot be achieved with steel plates are realized, and by adopting a special heating method, high-precision alignment forming is possible even with large sheets/thick plates.
