However, since counting items not placed in trays is difficult to determine, we decided to validate this time using DeepSky. The inspection cycle time with DeepSky depends on PC specifications, but it is approximately 0.3 seconds per image (1 inspection). This time, we solved the problem of measuring the number of 200μm ceramic sheets handled by an electronic component manufacturer, which was previously done manually one by one, by using our software that allows for non-contact measurement of the sheets. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 The verification was done using only photographs. By using EasyInspector's "Luminance Change Inspection," we were able to distinguish between light and dark, and we captured images with 23 thick sheets stacked.
