With the theme of "easy operation for on-site users," we released an all-in-one and simple-to-operate AI image inspection software in 2020, and we have steadily increased our implementation achievements. By circling the items you want to find (OK/NG) with a mouse and clicking the "Learn" button, the inspection machine grows to enable easy pass/fail judgment. For object recognition, we use transfer learning and high-accuracy models, allowing for higher precision inspections by teaching the system to recognize NG items and the objects you want to find. [AI Image Inspection Case] Judgment of Electronic Circuit Boards

We received an inquiry from an electronic component manufacturer and would like to introduce a case of a simple verification conducted on components mounted on a circuit board. By using the "Presence or Absence Inspection of Designated Color" feature of EasyInspector, we were able to determine four visually similar counterfeit items (different products) in 0.52 seconds. We conducted a presence or absence inspection of the components on the circuit board using the sample we received. [AI Image Inspection Case] Reading of Device Panel
