Heat recovery system through existing furnace modification [Case Study Introduction]

The existing furnace remains as it is, contributing to the reduction of fuel gas consumption and low carbonization!

By installing a heat exchanger in the existing paint drying oven and recovering the exhaust heat from the oven, the combustion air for the burner is preheated. The temperature difference from the preheating of the combustion air contributes to energy savings.
