Hydrogen Burner - Duct Burner for Hydrogen Combustion Type Hot Air Generation【SDC-H2】
SDC-H2
The hydrogen-only specification of the SDC duct burner, which is a heat air generation device for paint drying ovens, has made its debut.
The "hydrogen-only specification" of the pre-mixed duct burner series, which has a proven track record as a heat source for hot air generators, has made its debut. It is a decarbonized gas burner that achieves both stable combustion and low NOx performance. 【Features】 1. Hydrogen combustion gas burner that emits no CO2 during combustion. 2. Unique casing structure that balances durability and combustion performance, with a turn-down ratio of over 20:1. 3. A lineup of combustion capacities up to "465 kW." 4. Clears emission regulation values through low NOx combustion technology (tested with our equipment). 5. The ignition pilot burner is also equipped with a hydrogen-only specification. 6. Can be replaced with existing burners. As a heat source for hot air generators, it can be used in painting drying ovens, food drying ovens, various drying furnaces, drying equipment, and heating furnaces. Hydrogen combustion demonstrations are currently being conducted at the Thermal Technology Research Institute. We invite you to visit.
