Si-300 is a silicone sponge sheet manufactured by San Polymer Co., Ltd., with a hardness of 30° on the surface. It can be sliced to thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 1mm. It has excellent weather resistance and heat resistance (approximately -50°C to 200°C). It also complies with food hygiene standards. Standard products are available in 10° and 20°, with colors including red ochre and black, and white is available for 20° and 30°. Due to its fine independent bubbles, it exhibits excellent sealing properties.

It can be processed in one go up to about 50mm thick using punching or water jet cutting. Colors available are white, black, gray, and blue, while red, green, and yellow are made to order. The apparent density is 45kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 100mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm, with thickness, width, and length customizable to the required size.

For the double-sided tape, we use Nitto Denko Corporation's LE5103.

L-1400 is a widely distributed PE foam material that is often used as cushioning due to its moderate hardness. Since it is cut with water jet pressure, there is no damage to the material from stress or heat. We welcome inquiries regarding design and layout.

The raw rubber is shaped into the desired form according to the mold by applying heat and pressure. It is similar to the process of making taiyaki.
