B-4 is a lightweight, general-purpose polyethylene foam with 30 times expansion. It is available in white, black, gray, blue, green, red, and yellow, and is readily available and inexpensive. We also accept bottom board bonding processing.

• Cushioning material

This is a process where urethane rubber is poured into a mold and solidified, then machined using a lathe or router end mill. This is something that has been shaved down to a thickness of 0.5mm, resembling a veneer. However, the thickness is the target. Urethane rubber is particularly excellent in abrasion resistance and weather resistance, has very strong tear resistance, and also possesses oil resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use and machine integration.

MC901 has excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance. It is a material widely used in general. The double-sided tape used is Nitto Denko Corporation's LE5103.

Being a polyether-based foam, it is chemically stable against water and has excellent chemical resistance. It is available in colors such as white, black, special black, gray, blue, pink, green, and yellow, and can also have adhesive or double-sided tape applied to the back.

Si-300 is a silicone sponge sheet manufactured by San Polymer Co., Ltd., with a hardness of 30° on the surface. It can be sliced to thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 1mm. It has excellent weather resistance and heat resistance (approximately -50°C to 200°C). It also complies with food hygiene standards. Standard products are available in 10° and 20°, with colors including red ochre and black, and white is available for 20° and 30°. Due to its fine independent bubbles, it exhibits excellent sealing properties.

It is processed by bonding double-sided tape and punching it out while leaving a portion of the release paper intact. Nitrile rubber is a representative of oil-resistant rubber and also has good abrasion resistance and aging resistance. We use No. 7783 from Teraoka Seisakusho Co., Ltd. for the double-sided tape. L-2000 is a polyethylene foam that is 20 times lighter, widely used as cushioning and insulation material due to its lightness, and does not allow liquids to pass through because of its closed-cell structure. It can be processed in one go up to about 50mm thick using punching or water jet cutting. Colors available are white, black, gray, and blue, while red, green, and yellow are made to order. The apparent density is 45kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 100mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm, with thickness, width, and length customizable to the required size.

A-8 is one of the most versatile materials made of polyethylene foam. It is widely available and can be obtained relatively cheaply. The holes shaped like tools are through holes, so the bottom plate has been bonded together. There may be cases where consultation is necessary regarding specific dimensions and thicknesses.

Monomer cast nylon is an engineering plastic that excels in mechanical strength and wear resistance. Appropriate processing machines are used for large products. It is widely used as components in general industrial machinery, conveying equipment, and food packaging machinery.
