Baiton has the best heat resistance among synthetic rubbers and is a rubber that combines oil resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance. Like fluororesins such as PTFE, its performance is very good, but it is an expensive material. We also accept cutting and tape processing.

Si-300 is a silicone sponge sheet manufactured by San Polymer Co., Ltd., with a hardness of 30° on the surface. It can be sliced to thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 1mm. It has excellent weather resistance and heat resistance (approximately -50°C to 200°C). It also complies with food hygiene standards. Standard products are available in 10° and 20°, with colors including red ochre and black, and white is available for 20° and 30°. Due to its fine independent bubbles, it exhibits excellent sealing properties.
