This is a low-foaming polyethylene sheet from Mitsui Chemicals Tohseiro Co., Ltd. It is hygienic, low-odor, has minimal impact on contents, and provides moderate cushioning. The TSS grade features a laminate of tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheets on both sides, offering excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents.

A-8 is a polyethylene foam that is 15 times thicker and comes in a variety of colors. Due to its independent bubbles, it does not allow liquids to pass through. It is often used as a moderately firm cushioning material and has many applications in equipment transportation and metal processing products. 6N is a representative polyamide that excels in chemical resistance and impact resistance, is tough yet flexible, and maintains strength over a wide temperature range. When extracting hard materials, we also focus on improving the durability of the molds used for extraction. Extraction processing is possible depending on the thickness, so please contact us for inquiries.

It can be used in a wide temperature range from high to low temperatures and is known for its hygienic rubber. To improve the efficiency of removing debris from small holes, it is designed so that the debris falls beneath the mold when punched out. F-2 has higher sound-absorbing performance compared to general polyurethane foam. It is the lowest-priced and lightweight option in this category, and it meets the flame retardant standard "UL-94 HF-1." CR rubber sponge is flame-retardant, has good oil resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance, and is a commonly used industrial rubber sponge. It has a hardness of 25°±5°, and it has the property of expanding and contracting due to temperature changes. This is the most commonly handled type of rubber sponge in our company.

FR-100 is a flame-retardant rubber manufactured by Iruma River Rubber Co., Ltd. It is an EPDM-based rubber. In various fields, there is a strong demand for flame-retardant measures, and it complies with the UL-94 V-0 standard. We also offer rubber sheets with other functional properties.

This is a transparent variant of the commonly seen gray PVC. It is an inexpensive material that is easy to process through bending, welding, and gluing, and is used in a wide range of fields. It can also be used for gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers that require fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It can be processed from various materials such as sheets and round bars, and glass-filled materials can also be accommodated in molding.

LD-45 is a foam produced from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) using a method that does not involve chemical blowing agents, resulting in very low outgassing of substances such as formaldehyde and sulfur. It can be safely used for countermeasures against sick house syndrome, as well as in precision equipment like electronic circuits and medical devices. It is available in white, black, gray, skin color, and blue, with an apparent density of 45 kg/m³.

Eftoron SK is commonly used as a cushioning sheet and spacer when transporting electronic components and other items. It is a low-foaming PE sheet that excels in cushioning properties and durability, and it can be reused multiple times. Since it is made of a harder material, careful adjustments to the die design and press pressure are necessary. Please make use of a 100-ton press machine.

NBR-4112E is a foam material primarily composed of NBR rubber, which has excellent oil resistance. It is used for cushioning and sealing materials, and due to its closed-cell structure, it does not allow liquids to pass through. It has almost no water absorption or breathability, and can achieve sealing with low compression rates. It is lightweight, resistant to tearing, and has a low thermal conductivity, making it suitable for insulation materials. The hardness is 15±5°, the color is black, the apparent density is 150±3 kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 30mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm.

This is a silicone rubber sheet colored blue. It complies with food sanitation laws and is a soft and stretchy rubber. One of its advantages is that in the event of foreign matter contamination, it can be easily detected due to its blue color.

POM takes advantage of its excellent durability and is used as an alternative to metal parts, with Delrin being a representative product. It can also be used for gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers that require fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It has strong properties against solvents. When there are many lots, it is difficult to remove debris from the holes, so we have devised a way to improve workability by incorporating springs into the mold. CR rubber is available in stock at the factory, depending on the thickness.

It is often the case that acrylic resin cases are used in showcases. You can choose from various colors, and hardware such as handles can also be attached after drilling holes. There are cutting tools that do not require polishing, as well as laser cutting options, allowing you to choose based on quantity and appearance.

6N (PA6) is a representative polyamide that excels in chemical resistance and impact resistance, is tough yet flexible, and maintains strength over a wide temperature range. It complies with the Food Sanitation Act and is available in a reinforced grade with glass (glass fiber - GF), which is expected to improve mechanical strength and heat distortion temperature. A metal filter mesh is inserted and molded integrally.
