G-10 is a polyethylene foam product that has high grip and high rebound elasticity. It is available in white and black. Among the lineup, it is a high-density product, but it is made to order. Although it is a rubber-like sponge, it is still PE, so it also has excellent chemical resistance.

It is processed by bonding double-sided tape and punching it out while leaving a portion of the release paper intact. Nitrile rubber is a representative of oil-resistant rubber and also has good abrasion resistance and aging resistance. We use No. 7783 from Teraoka Seisakusho Co., Ltd. for the double-sided tape. L-2000 is a polyethylene foam that is 20 times lighter, widely used as cushioning and insulation material due to its lightness, and does not allow liquids to pass through because of its closed-cell structure. It can be processed in one go up to about 50mm thick using punching or water jet cutting. Colors available are white, black, gray, and blue, while red, green, and yellow are made to order. The apparent density is 45kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 100mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm, with thickness, width, and length customizable to the required size.

A-8 is one of the most versatile materials made of polyethylene foam. It is widely available and can be obtained relatively cheaply. For the double-sided tape, we use Nitto Denko Corporation's LE5103.

PVC, commonly seen in everyday gray vinyl, is an inexpensive material that is easy to process through bending, welding, and gluing, and is used in a wide range of fields. It has excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, and its flame retardant properties help prevent the spread of fire. There is also transparent vinyl available. L-1400 is a widely distributed PE foam material that is often used as cushioning due to its moderate hardness. Since it is cut with water jet pressure, there is no damage to the material from stress or heat. We welcome inquiries regarding design and layout.
