LD-45 is a foam produced from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) using a method that does not involve chemical blowing agents, resulting in very low outgassing of substances such as formaldehyde and sulfur. It can be safely used for countermeasures against sick house syndrome, as well as in precision equipment like electronic circuits and medical devices. It is available in white, black, gray, skin color, and blue, with an apparent density of 45 kg/m³.

Urethane rubber is a material with excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. It is widely used in rolls, pulleys, and wheels. We can also accept supplied cores, so please consult with us.

Eftoron SK is commonly used as a cushioning sheet and spacer when transporting electronic components and other items. It is a low-foaming PE sheet that excels in cushioning properties and durability, and it can be reused multiple times. Since it is made of a harder material, careful adjustments to the die design and press pressure are necessary. Please make use of a 100-ton press machine.

NBR-4112E is a foam material primarily composed of NBR rubber, which has excellent oil resistance. It is used for cushioning and sealing materials, and due to its closed-cell structure, it does not allow liquids to pass through. It has almost no water absorption or breathability, and can achieve sealing with low compression rates. It is lightweight, resistant to tearing, and has a low thermal conductivity, making it suitable for insulation materials. The hardness is 15±5°, the color is black, the apparent density is 150±3 kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 30mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm.

This is a silicone rubber sheet colored blue. It complies with food sanitation laws and is a soft and stretchy rubber. One of its advantages is that in the event of foreign matter contamination, it can be easily detected due to its blue color.

POM takes advantage of its excellent durability and is used as an alternative to metal parts, with Delrin being a representative product. It can also be used for gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers that require fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It has strong properties against solvents. Neoprene rubber (chloroprene rubber) is a versatile rubber used in a wide range of applications. When there are many lots, it is difficult to remove debris from the holes, so we have devised a way to improve workability by incorporating springs into the mold. CR rubber is available in stock at the factory, depending on the thickness.

Although a mold is required, it is relatively inexpensive compared to molds used in injection molding, and productivity is also good. Prototyping can be easily done using wooden molds or resin molds.

CR rubber sponge is flame-retardant, has good oil resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance, and is a commonly used industrial rubber sponge. It has a medium hardness of 25°±5°. This is a type of MC nylon from Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials, which has improved mechanical strength and heat resistance. It is often used in applications incorporated into construction machinery. We can also accommodate not only plain pulleys but also core-inserted products.
