Rinattex is a material that is wear-resistant and excels in soundproofing and vibration-damping effects. It can be punched out from standard sheets and processed with water jet cutting. Due to its high elasticity, it also has the effect of shaking off powder that has adhered due to vibrations.

SPO-35R1 is a low-foaming silicone sponge sheet made of Tiger Polymer with a hardness of 35°. It can be used in a temperature range of -60 to 200°C, depending on the degree of compression. It is used for heat-resistant gaskets and cushions, among other applications.

The natural color of POM is white, but there is also a black grade available. It has excellent strength and low water absorption, resulting in good dimensional stability. One characteristic is that it has poor adhesion on one side, and there are no adhesives that can be applied.

It is a urethane lining process with high hardness and excellent wear resistance. The core material is S45C, and the roll part has an R shape. Although it was a re-winding of supplied materials, we can also accept the production of core materials.

It is characterized by excellent impact resistance and high toughness, although it does absorb water, even with mechanical strength. There are also grades reinforced with glass fibers, such as GF30, which are ideal for parts subjected to stress at high temperatures. Additionally, our company uses nylon 66 in injection molding as well.

The A-8, with a thickness close to 40mm, can also be punched and is suitable for mass production. However, warping occurs in the cross-section proportional to the thickness. Other colors of A-8, such as black and blue, are also commonly used.

MC900NC is the basic grade of MC nylon and is made of white material. It does have moisture absorption and water absorption, so care must be taken regarding dimensional increase. Boiling it for about 1.5 hours makes it compliant with food sanitation laws.

POM takes advantage of its excellent durability and serves as an alternative to metal parts, becoming gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers with fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It is made of Delrin, which is synonymous with POM resin. An E-screw is inserted to form a strong male thread for easy attachment and detachment. In addition, inserts may also be used when processing MC nylon or Teflon.

In the case of low hardness materials, such as those with a hardness of 40, the difficulty of machining increases. Polycarbonate is the only transparent material among general-purpose engineering plastics, but there is a smoke color available. It has enhanced weather resistance, making it safe for outdoor use. It boasts excellent impact resistance and is a material that works well with machining.

The urethane sheet comes in a raw size of 1m x 2m, with yellow translucent as the original color. Vectran is a high-strength PAR (polyarylate) fiber manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd. There are concerns about cuts and other issues with exposed rubber, but strength can be improved. Processing in small quantities is difficult, but we welcome inquiries about processing.

The filter material has better water permeability and drainage than regular urethane. When used for application, it is suitable for spreading without absorbing too much liquid. By layering urethane of different materials, it is also possible to differentiate hardness on the front and back.

The dome is shaped from highly transparent acrylic sheets. It was adopted because it has a good finish without mold contact compared to vacuum forming. However, since it is inflated freely, achieving precise accuracy becomes difficult.

The Si-300 is a silicone sponge sheet manufactured by San Polymer Co., Ltd. Due to its fine bubbles, it exhibits excellent sealing properties. In addition to die-cutting, we also support water jet processing.

When it comes to blue nylon, this MC nylon comes to mind. It is characterized by its excellent self-lubricating properties and wear resistance, making it less prone to seizing. We are also open to discussions regarding production quantities.
