Nylon 6 is a representative polyamide that excels in chemical resistance and impact resistance, is tough yet flexible, and maintains strength over a wide temperature range. The black version is a reinforced grade containing glass (glass fiber - GF), which is expected to improve mechanical strength and heat distortion temperature. It may also be referred to as PA6, polyamide 6, or 6N.

PA66 and 66N are synthetic fibers developed as alternatives to natural silk for the first time in the world. Compared to nylon 6, they demonstrate superior values in heat resistance and mechanical strength, making them the strongest resin in the polyamide category. They comply with food sanitation laws and, with glass-filled reinforced grades, improvements in mechanical strength and heat distortion temperature are expected.

It is 66 nylon, which has superior strength and heat resistance compared to 6 nylon. It has a color similar to milky white, but the glass fiber reinforced grade is black. Due to its water absorption, it becomes tough, but on the other hand, dimensional changes can occur.

CR rubber sponge is flame-retardant, has good oil resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance, and is a widely used industrial rubber sponge. To achieve precision, the outer diameter is ground down using a polishing machine. When a shaft is inserted, it becomes a roller. Being rubber, it has high resilience and is strong against crushing.

The Si-300 is a silicone sponge made by San Polymer Co., Ltd., with a hardness of 30° and available in red and black colors. Due to its independent bubbles, it exhibits excellent sealing properties. It also complies with food sanitation laws and has heat resistance. The double-sided tape used is suitable for silicone materials, specifically DIC Corporation's #8625HPW.

ECZ is a lightweight, soft-touch polyurethane foam product that has minimal deformation and is widely used as cushioning material. Due to its continuous bubbles, it allows water to pass through. It is stable in water and has excellent chemical resistance. The dimensions can be processed to the required size in thickness, width, and length. EGT-C is a lightweight, soft-touch polyurethane foam product that is widely used as a car wash sponge, with minimal deformation. It is yellow in color, has an apparent density of 22±2 kg/m³, and can be processed to the required dimensions in thickness, width, and length. You may have seen cheese full of holes eaten by mice in anime, and that is exactly the image it evokes, characterized by large bubbles.

Urethane 90° is a material with high hardness, high strength, and excellent wear resistance. There are not many materials that combine the flexibility and hardness derived from rubber. Due to its high hardness, it is suitable for machining, and tools such as routers and water jets are often used.

LD-45 is a foam material with an apparent density of 45 kg/m³, manufactured using a method that does not involve chemical blowing agents. It has very low outgassing of substances such as formaldehyde and sulfur, making it safe for use in measures against sick house syndrome and for precision equipment. It is available in a color lineup of white, black, pink (skin color), and blue, with effective dimensions of 27t × 1,000 × 2,000.

The heated metal fittings are immersed in a PVC pool, and after they adhere, they are cooled and solidified. Due to the dipping process, finishing of holes and areas that do not require coating will be processed secondarily. Also known as neoprene and chloroprene rubber, it has average physical properties such as weather resistance and oil resistance. It is a commonly used rubber, but materials with a hardness of 60 or lower must be made from a blend and kneading process. Slitting is difficult to achieve with integrated molding using a mold and is finished through post-processing.

Miramat is a high-foamed polyethylene sheet manufactured by JSP Corporation. It is used as a thin cushioning material that can wrap delicate items such as ceramics and glass. It has moderate slip and stretch properties, making it very user-friendly and improving workability.

There may be some curling, but double-sided tape is applied to the base. Cork is characterized by its excellent insulation, heat retention, moisture absorption, and sound absorption properties, as well as its elasticity and resistance to corrosion and deterioration. There are both natural cork and synthetic cork. It is commonly known for use in wine stoppers and bulletin boards, and since it is bonded with an adhesive that has the same softness as fine wood chips, thin materials do not break down significantly during processing. The JSP-made Miramat is a polyethylene foam sheet that does not allow water to penetrate, offers moderate slip and stretch, and has excellent thermal insulation properties. It is also commonly used as a thin packaging sheet for electronic devices. It is used for lightweight leisure sheets and camping mats as well.

Polyurethane rubber excels in mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance, and it comes in various hardness variations. It is also known for being easy to color, and products in colors other than the usual yellow translucent are also possible. New colors can be ordered depending on the color mixing.

Phenolic resin, or PF, is applied to paper and cured with heat, resulting in a product known as paper bake. Among thermosetting resins, it is lightweight and inexpensive, with excellent insulation properties. It is also flame-retardant and has superior resistance to acids and water. Bakelite is said to be the oldest synthetic plastic that was industrialized for the first time and is still widely used today. It can be found in electronic circuit boards, as well as in the handles of pots and kettles. There is also cloth bake, which incorporates fabric and is relatively more expensive, but it offers excellent mechanical strength and is resistant to impacts.

Since it has low water absorption, it offers high dimensional stability during processing and is suitable for machining and welding.

The natural color of POM is white, but there is also a black grade available. It has excellent strength and low water absorption, resulting in good dimensional stability. One characteristic is that it has poor adhesion on one side, and there are no adhesives that can be applied.

It is a urethane lining process with high hardness and excellent wear resistance. The core material is S45C, and the roll part has an R shape. Although it was a re-winding of supplied materials, we can also accept the production of core materials.

It is characterized by excellent impact resistance and high toughness, although it does absorb water, even with mechanical strength. There are also grades reinforced with glass fibers, such as GF30, which are ideal for parts subjected to stress at high temperatures. Additionally, our company uses nylon 66 in injection molding as well.

The A-8, with a thickness close to 40mm, can also be punched and is suitable for mass production. However, warping occurs in the cross-section proportional to the thickness. Other colors of A-8, such as black and blue, are also commonly used.

MC900NC is the basic grade of MC nylon and is made of white material. It does have moisture absorption and water absorption, so care must be taken regarding dimensional increase. Boiling it for about 1.5 hours makes it compliant with food sanitation laws.

POM takes advantage of its excellent durability and serves as an alternative to metal parts, becoming gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers with fatigue resistance and wear resistance.
