The urethane sheet comes in a raw size of 1m x 2m, with yellow translucent as the original color. Vectran is a high-strength PAR (polyarylate) fiber manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd. There are concerns about cuts and other issues with exposed rubber, but strength can be improved. Processing in small quantities is difficult, but we welcome inquiries about processing.

The filter material has better water permeability and drainage than regular urethane. When used for application, it is suitable for spreading without absorbing too much liquid. By layering urethane of different materials, it is also possible to differentiate hardness on the front and back.

The dome is shaped from highly transparent acrylic sheets. It was adopted because it has a good finish without mold contact compared to vacuum forming. However, since it is inflated freely, achieving precise accuracy becomes difficult.

The Si-300 is a silicone sponge sheet manufactured by San Polymer Co., Ltd. Due to its fine bubbles, it exhibits excellent sealing properties. In addition to die-cutting, we also support water jet processing.

For narrow or fine shapes that cannot be formed in a single extraction, a progressive press method is employed, using a carrier sheet to extract in two stages from outside to inside.
