CR rubber is a representative rubber with versatile performance. It can create three-dimensional R shapes by cutting. It is suitable for prototyping as it can be made even in small quantities.

NBR is particularly excellent in oil resistance and is suitable for sealing oils and fats. Extrusion molding with NBR allows for hardness adjustment. Since sealing rubber cannot be integrally molded due to its dimensions, extruded products are bonded together for production. However, extrusion molding is a dimensionally unstable molding method, so it is processed through a dedicated grinding machine to achieve precision.

Bulcoran is a high-performance material that has several times the wear resistance of regular rubber. It is also extremely strong, to the extent that it is used in roller coaster tires. It is recommended for applications where durability and load-bearing capacity are particularly required. Additionally, it can be processed with the core material you provide.
