• Other polymer materials

PC, abbreviated as polycarbonate, is the only transparent plastic among general engineering plastics and has excellent impact resistance. It also boasts good dimensional stability, heat resistance, low-temperature properties, weather resistance, high insulation resistance, and excellent dielectric strength. We created a black PVC sheet with a thickness of 1mm using a punching method. Since coloring is easy, other colors such as transparent or white are also available as standard products. Punching is possible up to a certain thickness, so please consult us regarding the dimensions.

This is a silicone sponge sheet Si-300 made by San Polymer Co., Ltd. It has heat resistance and hygiene properties derived from silicone. Additionally, there is a lineup of materials with variations in hardness and bubble fineness.

The shape is being processed by machining from a rubber block. Silicone 50° is soft and more difficult to work with than high-hardness rubber. The materials for processing silicone generally come in 50° (milky white) and 70° (gray).

This is a special material sheet made by ThreeBond Co., Ltd. It contains a viscous substance impregnated in the fibrous material, effectively preventing leaks. We can process items that can be removed, even those that are not rubber or sponge.

Nitrile rubber with a hardness of 95 is not commonly handled, but it can be manufactured. The shape of the ball is surprisingly difficult, and the precision of the mold becomes important. It is used for the rubber tip of percussion instrument sticks.

We will process the 40SH semi-rigid foam manufactured by Toyo Quality One. Due to the hardness of the material, warping and chipping may occur depending on the thickness during pressing. Laminated bonding using double-sided tape is also possible.

Natural rubber is the most rubber-like, elastic, and inexpensive material. We also handle a lot of processing from thick sheets and blocks. Since grooves cannot be made with a water jet, we will process them by machining.

MC Nylon handles materials from numerous manufacturers. Gears typically use a tooth-cutting type, but due to difficulties with the shape, we opted for a machined finish. We are open to challenges, even those that seem difficult at first glance, so please feel free to consult with us.

Using P･E-Light B-4, the shape will be processed with a press. The separately processed bottom plate will be bonded with tape, and the depth of the holes will be adjusted with embedded filler. The depth is varied according to the stored items to improve the appearance.

Nitrile rubber with a hardness of 80 has oil resistance and good moldability. To increase production efficiency, we are increasing the number of cavities in the molds and reducing costs. For smaller quantities, machining is also one of the options.

One of the characteristics of urethane casting materials is that they offer a wider range of color options compared to other rubbers. This is a non-asbestos joint sheet made by Nichias. The temperature range for use is quite broad, from approximately -100°C to 150°C. In addition to die-cutting, we also accept water jet processing.

By creating dedicated molds, we can achieve high-efficiency manufacturing, which leads to cost reduction. Neoprene can be selected for hardness around 60° in general hardness. We also accept orders for colored rubber other than black.

The hardness of the urethane rubber is 70°, and the color is natural. When shaved, the original luster is lost. This is because, like transparent resin cutting, it becomes cloudy. It is a rubber that excels in strength, such as wear resistance, and is used for rollers and tires.

MC901, manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials, is a material that enhances the mechanical strength and wear resistance of nylon 6. Boiling for one and a half hours will make it compliant with food sanitation laws, but it is hygroscopic and may increase in dimensions. C-4205 is a soft neoprene sponge with a hardness of about 10° and is flame-retardant, commonly used in various applications. TT-4101 is a silicone sponge often used for high-temperature applications. For bonding the sponge, Nitto Denko Corporation's No. 500 is used, and it is removed after laminating.

Mitsui Chemicals' high sheet is hygienic, low-odor, has minimal impact on contents, and possesses moderate cushioning properties. The S grade is a general-purpose grade with double foaming. It has excellent water resistance and is ideal for waterproof packing.

It is also called CR rubber or chloroprene rubber. Due to its all-around physical properties, it is widely used in various industries. We can accommodate dimensions from large to small as per your request.

The Softon made by Kyowa Sangyo Co., Ltd. is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and is a sheet with moderate elasticity. It also has a non-slip effect and is commonly found on poolside floors. The available specifications are 2.4t (thickness) × 1,000mm (width) × 15m (length).

Neoprene rubber is relatively inexpensive and has average performance. Various sizes of gaskets are representative of punched processing. We accept everything from die production to bulk orders.

The SX-150H is a polyethylene foam infused with carbon. This is an anti-static type. The color is only gray. It protects delicate equipment from static electricity.

PC is the only transparent material among general-purpose engineering plastics and boasts exceptional impact resistance. It is said to have impact resistance 200 times that of glass and 50 times that of acrylic. Additionally, it excels in dimensional stability, weather resistance, and insulation resistance, with a usable temperature range of approximately -100°C to about 140°C.

It is an inexpensive material that is easy to process through bending, welding, and gluing, and is used in a wide range of fields. It has excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, and its flame retardant properties help prevent the spread of fire. The 2t sheet material is finished with a 90° bend and glued at the claw part. Please consult us when processing transparent resins such as acrylic, polycarbonate, and PET.

It is also said to have no changes in thermal insulation over time. Our company also offers sheets with various foam expansion ratios.
