This is a spacer made of Polyerec (Eftoron SK) manufactured by Sekisui Seikei Co., Ltd. Eftoron SK is a low-foaming polyethylene sheet that can be processed by die-cutting. We perform die-cutting with a design that takes durability into consideration for spacers and interleaving paper for electronic components.

NBR is particularly excellent in oil resistance and is suitable for sealing oils and fats. Extrusion molding with NBR allows for hardness adjustment. Since sealing rubber cannot be integrally molded due to its dimensions, extruded products are bonded together for production. However, extrusion molding is a dimensionally unstable molding method, so it is processed through a dedicated grinding machine to achieve precision.

Bulcoran is a high-performance material that has several times the wear resistance of regular rubber. It is also extremely strong, to the extent that it is used in roller coaster tires.
