Urethane rubber is a material with high strength and excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and ozone resistance. We can accept orders even with existing rubber attached. Processing tailored to specifications such as hardness and color is possible.

We have received an order from IS Industries Co., Ltd. in Adachi Ward, Tokyo (a certified industrial waste expert company) to replace the conveyor belt of a bottle crusher. Since the conveyor is suspended in the air, it will need to be disconnected and removed with a crane. The work will be done on the ground, and it will be a large-scale operation as we will restore it to its original state in reverse order. Hemisal 15 is a heat-insulating board made by Nichias, composed of a mixture of cement and glass fibers. It is a material with high mechanical strength, good dimensional stability, and processability. It is sometimes used as a cement board for electrical insulation.

It is a rubber sheet with unevenness resembling a fabric texture. There are types such as natural rubber and EPDM. Since it has a fabric-like texture, actual woven fabric is not inserted.

Soft PVC can also be adjusted for hardness. High-hardness products are less prone to bending and have less of the characteristic stickiness of PVC. There are applications for grips with hardness close to that of general-purpose plastics.

C-4305 is a foam material primarily composed of CR rubber, used for cushioning and water-stopping materials, and it does not allow liquids to pass through due to its closed-cell structure. It has almost no water absorption or breathability, and can achieve water-stopping with low compression rates. It complies with the flame retardant standard UL94HF-1. The hardness is a medium hardness of 25±5°, the color is black, the apparent density is 190±3 kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 30mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm (1,300mm, 2,000mm).

Mitsui Chemicals Tohcello, Inc.'s high sheet is a low-foaming polyethylene sheet. It is hygienic, has low odor, has minimal impact on contents, and possesses moderate cushioning properties. The PP grade is laminated with OPP sheets on both sides, reducing the gas permeability of substances like carbon dioxide.

ECS is a lightweight, soft-touch polyurethane foam product that has minimal sagging and is widely used as cushioning material. Due to its continuous bubbles, it allows water to pass through. Being a polyether-based foam, it is chemically stable against water and has excellent chemical resistance. It comes in colors such as white, black, gray, blue, pink, green, and yellow, and can also have adhesive or double-sided tape applied to the back.

Urethane 90° is a material with high hardness and high strength, making it easy to process with cutting tools. Although it is rubber, it is also possible to create C and R edges at the corners. If it comes with old rubber, rest assured that we will remove it and process it.
