It is a high seat made by Mitsui Chemicals Tohseiro Co., Ltd., with OPP film on the surface. It is used as a sealing gasket for lids of chemicals and cosmetics to prevent liquid leakage. Mass production is possible as it uses a die-cutting process.

• Plastic utensils and containers

The processing dimensions have been adjusted to match the contents. It has been finished tightly to prevent any rattling inside the case. A urethane layer has been installed on the back cover to enhance the cushioning effect.

• Cushioning material

The compressed raw material is extruded from the nozzle (extrusion mold) of the desired shape and formed. It will have the same cross-sectional shape as when dispensing mayonnaise. It is often made from materials like CR, which has average performance, and EPDM, which excels in weather resistance and chemical resistance. There are certain standard products available, so please inquire for more information.

WCR28 is a 100% wool felt with a firm feel of 0.28g/cm³. It can be processed using die-cutting techniques. Felt is characterized by its affinity for liquids.

• Other physicochemical equipment

N-155 is a rubber sponge primarily composed of NR (natural rubber) and SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), featuring good cold resistance and wear resistance, as well as elasticity. It has a high hardness of 30±5°. A drawback is that it tends to expand and contract due to temperature changes, making it difficult to maintain precise dimensions. It also has good processability and is used for die-cutting applications.

We held discussions with the die-cutting shop and created the text part. We will cut it out with materials of different colors and finish it by combining them. We can also create animals and characters.

• others

Silicone rubber is expensive but has excellent heat and cold resistance, and is a hygienic rubber. Considering the difficult shapes, mass production, and cost aspects in machining, molding is adopted. We also accept inquiries for other hardness and colors.

• Other powder equipment

Silicone has excellent heat resistance (approximately -50°C to 200°C). It becomes a reddish color due to additives that provide heat resistance. It is a standard rectangular product and can be cut to your desired length since it comes in long lengths. Custom dimensions can be quoted separately, so please feel free to consult with us.

• Heating device

It is a weather-resistant ethylene-propylene rubber with a hardness of approximately 50°. Standard products are available to match the diameter of the hole. Typically, the hole is sealed and the membrane is broken to pass the cable, but it can also be used for applications where the hole is sealed without breaking the membrane.

• Electrical equipment parts

We are using the MC901 made by MCAM. There is a standard for material thickness, and 20t is exactly within the standard thickness. The dimensions of the material for processing are made slightly larger, including the thickness.

ECS is one of the most commonly used materials for general-purpose polyurethane foam. It has a relatively wide range of color variations and can also be processed with double-sided tape. There are many processing achievements as interior components for cases.

We can perform cutting processing of vibration-damping pads manufactured by Nitta Chemical Products Co., Ltd. They are effective in preventing noise and resonance, alleviating shocks, and blocking high-frequency vibrations. They have a diamond pattern and are commonly used for machine mounting.

ECZ is a lightweight, soft-touch polyurethane foam that has minimal sagging and is widely used as cushioning material. Due to its continuous bubbles, it allows water to pass through. Being a polyether-based foam, it is chemically stable against water and has excellent chemical resistance. It is available in white and gray, with an apparent density of 16±1.5kg/m³, and can be processed to the required dimensions in thickness, width, and length.

The silicone rubber sheet is cut with a water jet cutter, which accurately reproduces the shape of the drawing. Silicone rubber is particularly excellent in cold and heat resistance, with very little change in properties over a range of -60° to 250°. • Granulating Equipment

Softron S excels in water resistance and thermal insulation, is very lightweight with excellent buoyancy, and is not affected by oils, chemicals, or solvents. It is commonly used in packaging, construction, insulation, and sports/leisure fields. There are materials with a foaming ratio of 5 to 30 times and thicknesses ranging from 1 to 5 mm, and some types are available in stock.

• Other consumables

Fluorine rubber is the most expensive but has very high heat and chemical resistance. It is used not only in cutting-edge fields such as rockets but also for chemical tank linings. For larger quantities, we accept machining, and for smaller quantities, we offer water jet processing.

• Other physicochemical equipment

This is PVC coated with an anti-static coating on the surface. To minimize the reduction of anti-static performance, efforts were made to keep the cutting surfaces as small as possible.

• Granulating Equipment

Melamine sponges are lightweight, flame-retardant, excellent in thermal insulation and sound absorption, heat-resistant, and water-absorbent. They are also used as flame-retardant thermal insulation and sound-absorbing materials in automobiles and railway vehicles. When soaked in water, they also demonstrate their abrasive properties as cleaning sponges.

Urethane rubber is a material with high strength and excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and ozone resistance. It is also characterized by its ease of coloring due to being a casting material. We also accept orders for old rubber removal (including the removal of existing rubber). We will take custody of the core and perform integrated molding.

• Belts and pulleys

This is a process where urethane rubber is poured into a mold and solidified, then machined using a lathe or router end mill. This is something like a veneer that has been shaved down to a thickness of 0.5mm. However, the thickness is the target. Urethane rubber is particularly excellent in abrasion resistance and weather resistance, has very strong tear resistance, and also possesses oil resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use and machine integration.

We use the CN-CDH manufactured by Mitsuboshi Belt Co., Ltd. Processing of only the pilot hole for the insert and processing up to the insertion are both possible. We can accept both the supply and procurement of parts such as Helicoils.

E-4488 is an industrial rubber sponge primarily composed of EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber), known for its excellent ozone resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties. It has a high hardness of 35°±5°. Due to expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, it can be difficult to achieve precise dimensions. MC nylon is a resin with high wear resistance and mechanical strength. When there is a large area to be machined during milling, warping due to residual stress may occur. In some cases, measures may be taken to address issues such as reverse warping during processing.

We use low-density urethane ECZ manufactured by Inoac Corporation. Soft materials can be cleanly processed through cutting with water pressure. By changing the processing direction, we finish it in two steps, both vertically and horizontally.

MC nylon is a resin with high mechanical strength, and we can procure materials from several manufacturers. We handle a large volume in machining and also accept orders for jigs. Since it has water absorption properties, care must be taken as there is a possibility of dimensional variation.

The CTU series is a standard product of CR rubber extrusion. Other stock item numbers can be sold in 1-meter units. Each roll is 50 meters, and cutting processing can also be accommodated.

B-4 is a polyethylene foam that is 30 times expanded. It is a material that is commonly used due to its softness, lightness, and relatively low cost. We also offer suggestions for finger holes for easy handling.

• Cushioning material

GS Felt is a new type of industrial material synthesized from ultra-fine fibers manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. and a special high polymer elastomer. As an ultra-fine fiber, it features excellent wipeability, particle retention, non-scratch properties, and stable wear characteristics. Being a non-woven fabric, it has good processability, a non-fraying single-layer structure, and also exhibits good breathability, water absorption, and thermal insulation. Additionally, thanks to its polyester origin, it boasts abrasion resistance, stability against humidity and temperature, and high durability. As a polyurethane derivative, it offers moderate elasticity, flexural recovery, shock absorption, shape stability, and excellent thermoplasticity. The thickness ranges from 0.43 to 3 mm, and it comes in rolls of 1,150 to 1,450 mm × 30 m (random), so a certain lot size is required for processed products. It is also possible to bond it with various types of sponges.

• Coating Agent

Urethane rubber is a material with high strength and excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, and ozone resistance. You can either provide the core or we can create it for you. Even if there is old rubber attached, we can accept it as a re-wrapping process.

TOMBO No.1120 is a joint sheet made of NBR and graphite, among other materials. It has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and steam resistance, as well as flexibility. It is used for relatively high-temperature flanges and valves.

The L-2000 is a sponge with a moderate hardness feeling and a bulk density of 45 kg/m³. It can create non-through hole shapes through machining with a router end mill. Depending on the hardness of the material, burrs may occur on the surface where the cutting tool makes contact.

Hard polyurethane rubber, although a type of rubber, is a material with a hardness close to that of plastic. Polyurethane rubber is particularly excellent in abrasion resistance and weather resistance, has very strong tear resistance, and also possesses oil resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use, rollers, and machine integration. It has excellent weather resistance and heat resistance (approximately -50°C to 200°C). Due to its heat resistance, it becomes a reddish color by incorporating iron oxide. This is a polyacetal commonly handled in black resin. It has a structure that sandwiches the connector between the top and bottom, with fine step processing. Various inserts can also be accommodated in the hole section.
