Introduction to the Load Cell Filling Capper This is an automated device that fills liquids while accurately measuring weight and volume, and then carries out a series of processes including capping. A "load cell" is a sensor that measures weight, and a "filling capper" refers to a device that fills containers with contents. ■ High-Precision Weight Measurement Accurate filling amounts are managed using a load cell. ■ Automatic Control Filling automatically stops when the set volume or weight is reached. ■ Automatic Sealing and Capping The process also includes automatically closing the lid after filling. ■ Improved Work Efficiency It reduces manual labor, achieving shorter work times and lower errors.

"Process" 1. Insert the aluminum pouch into the intermittently moving chuck by hand. 2. Inject nitrogen through the injection port. 3. Accurately fill the liquid using the filling machine. 4. Steam sterilization process. 5. Clamp the aluminum pouch from both sides and discharge the air (nitrogen) inside the bag. 6. Cap the pouch while maintaining the condition. 7. Discharge onto the conveyor. ■ After liquid filling, there is a steam sterilization process. If air remains inside the bag, there is a risk of bacterial growth, so removing air before capping is a very important point.
