"Process" 1. Insert the aluminum pouch into the intermittently moving chuck by hand. 2. Inject nitrogen through the injection port. 3. Accurately fill the liquid using the filling machine. 4. Steam sterilization process. 5. Clamp the aluminum pouch from both sides and discharge the air (nitrogen) inside the bag. 6. Cap the pouch while maintaining the condition. 7. Discharge onto the conveyor. ■ After liquid filling, there is a steam sterilization process. If air remains inside the bag, there is a risk of bacterial growth, so removing air before capping is a very important point.

Introduction to the Load Cell Filling Capper This is an automated device that fills liquids while accurately measuring weight and volume, and then carries out a series of processes including capping.
