We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "pure water storage container" and delivered it to a traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing company. This product injects a certain amount of purified pure water using an ultrasonic level gauge, and during storage, it suppresses bacterial growth with a UV sterilization lamp. By removing the front shutter, the contents can be discharged. We would like to introduce a case where a "stainless steel container pump unit" used as a temporary receptacle for edible oil was custom-made and delivered to a food manufacturer. A stirring machine, pump, and level sensor were installed in a 400L stainless steel jacketed container. We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "single taper jacket container" with a focus on cleanability and delivered it to a food additive manufacturer. In traditional cylindrical hoppers, washing the bottom of the tank after work would allow water to enter the gaps, raising hygiene concerns. To address this, we changed the hopper to a square rod design to minimize the accumulation of water and dirt, making it easier to wipe down and dry after cleaning. With a standard lid, it was not possible to hook the lid onto the container, requiring it to be placed directly on the floor or table, which posed hygiene issues. Therefore, we customized the lid by attaching a hook on the inside, allowing it to be hooked onto the edge of the container. We would like to introduce a case where a custom-made "Powder Measurement and Inversion Feeding Unit" was delivered to the food industry. This set includes a hopper with a dust collection hood, a dust collector, a receiving container, a scale, a cart, a lid for inversion feeding, and a lifter. The dust collection hood is connected to the dust collector to capture the dust that rises during powder feeding. The hopper and receiving container are connected with a polyester chute (fabric), and a stainless steel cover and tray are installed on the top of the scale. We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "high-viscosity liquid storage and discharge container" and delivered it to a food additive manufacturer. Recently, we have seen an increase in inquiries from customers dealing with slurries. Here, slurry refers to a mixture of raw material pastes, particles, or powders combined with liquids such as water or solvents. For example, many customers face challenges in the mixing and storage processes with viscous slurries where binders are dissolved, or slurries with heavy, easily settling particles.
