Application Support for the Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy (General Type)
HK-02 | Subsidy | Labor-saving investment subsidy (general type) | Application support
For investment that offsets labor shortages with equipment and systems. From planning custom labor-saving equipment to the grant application and effect reports.
The SME labor-saving investment subsidy (general type) supports SMEs facing labor shortages in introducing equipment and systems tailored to their sites. Plans to improve labor productivity and raise wages are basic requirements, and the maximum subsidy depends on the number of employees. The program centers on machinery; buildings and foundation work are not eligible. Treatment of used equipment and simple replacements also differs from other subsidies. After selection, effect reports follow the grant application and performance report. Our administrative scrivener, a former chemical-company researcher and Certified Skilled Worker of Financial Planning (Grade 1), learns which work on your site you want to automate, separates eligible from ineligible expenses, and builds the labor productivity and wage figures into the business plan.

Our office is run by an administrative scrivener (gyoseishoshi) who completed a master's course at Kyoto University Graduate School of Engineering and then worked as a researcher at a chemical manufacturer, developing cosmetics, detergents, adhesives, semiconductor and optical materials. Hands-on experience also includes SDS preparation, waste liquid management and risk assessment. Because we can read structural formulas, SDSs and process flow diagrams as they are, you do not need to spend time explaining your technology. We prepare documents grounded in both science and law, and handle communication with the authorities. As a Class A Hazardous Materials Engineer and a 1st Grade Certified Skilled Worker of Financial Planning, we also support capital investment subsidies and business plans from the perspective of profitability and cash flow. The first consultation is free.
