Renewal of Cosmetics Licenses and Preparation for On-Site Inspections
CC-10 | PMD Act | Cosmetics | License renewal and on-site inspection
For five-year license renewals and the on-site inspection that comes with them. From checking procedures and records to attending on the day.
Cosmetics marketing and manufacturing licenses must be renewed every five years, and the prefecture conducts an on-site inspection at renewal. Inspectors check the current and previous versions of GQP and GVP procedures, license and notification documents, the organization and five years of records. Some businesses confuse obligations that apply to cosmetics with those that do not and spend time on unnecessary preparation. If missed change notifications are found, they must be dealt with before renewal. We check your procedures and records, look for missed change notifications, prepare the renewal application, and help prepare for and attend the on-site inspection.
