Hot Plate Arrangement Bag Sealer Series

If there are any customers interested in some kind of heat plate arrangement, please feel free to consult with us. Our bag sealer series features upper and lower heat plates, which are essential components for achieving powerful heat sealing. These heat plates can be considered the most important parts for users, as they influence both the safety of the product and its aesthetic appeal. We have examples where the upper and lower heat plates have been significantly modified from the standard 20mm width pitch and 1.5mm horizontal spacing based on customer requests. As an example born from customer needs, we have developed a sealer machine (as shown in the attached image on the left) equipped with a new shape of heat plate suitable for products that require cutting a portion of the product bag with scissors or similar tools, which is being sent out as the customer's original sealer. In my personal opinion, among the various product arrangements in the bag sealer series, this heat plate arrangement is the most groundbreaking and holds potential for further expansion depending on customer ideas.
