The linear stage that requires high positioning accuracy and speed stability. PI's linear stage "L-511" is suitable for applications that require high-precision operation. There are three specific features: - High movement accuracy and load capacity achieved with a circulating ball bearing guide - Flexible application options through various motor and encoder configurations - Accurate positioning and repeatability provided by an optical encoder with an accuracy of ±0.15 µm Additionally, it offers excellent structural rigidity, preventing deformation due to heat and mechanical stress. This ensures that high precision and stable performance can be maintained even for long-term use or demanding applications. "While high-precision positioning is necessary, the delivery times do not match." The solution to such concerns is PI's compact 6-axis stage, the "H-811.I2 Mini Hexapod." PI's hexapod is utilized in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, robotics, photonics, and electromechanical technology. Thanks to our unique integrated production system, we can accommodate short lead times. We are also capable of supporting development and evaluation within limited timeframes. Despite its compact size with a diameter of 130mm, it achieves high-precision positioning across all six axes. It is ideal for optical systems and micro-manipulation applications that require fine adjustments in confined spaces. The control software features an intuitive GUI, allowing for immediate use.
