[MST Homepage] Analysis Case "Evaluation of Bone Condition Before and After HF Treatment" has been published.
We have published analysis cases on the MST homepage. ◆Title Evaluation of Bone Condition Before and After HF Treatment ~Evaluation of Condition Before and After Chemical Treatment Using Raman Analysis~ ◆Measurement Method / Processing Method Raman / Chemical Treatment ◆Product Field Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology ◆Analysis Purpose Evaluation of Chemical Bonding State ◆Overview HF (hydrofluoric acid) is widely used in processes such as wet etching of SiO2 and plays a very important role in semiconductor manufacturing. However, it is also a very dangerous chemical that can penetrate the skin and damage bones, requiring careful handling. The erosion of bones caused by HF occurs due to the reaction between Ca, which exists in bones as apatite, and HF, resulting in the formation of CaF2. This case introduces an evaluation of the changes in this reaction using Raman analysis. ★★For detailed data, please see the link★★

[MST Homepage] We have published a feature on environmental (air and odor) analysis.
"Unlike usual, there is a strange odor." "I want to know the components of the exhaust gases from the engine and pump." By identifying the source of the strange odor and determining its components, we can take measures smoothly. Moreover, as environmental issues gain attention, it is increasingly required to accurately understand what is actually emitted as exhaust gases from the equipment being used. This time, we will introduce our MST analysis service lineup using GC/MS to address the challenges of components in the atmosphere. **************************************** For more details, please visit the MST homepage and check out the special feature on environmental (atmospheric and odor) analysis!! ****************************************

We have received a request to serve as a third-party measurement organization involved in the judging of the "24th High School Student Manufacturing Contest, Mechanical Lathe Work Division, Hyogo Prefecture Tournament."
On June 16, 2024 (Sunday), the High School Student Manufacturing Contest was held at Hyogo Prefectural Hyogo Technical High School. The mechanical lathe work division of the High School Student Manufacturing Contest involves precision cutting from provided materials according to the given task, competing in terms of the completeness of the parts, technical skill, and work attitude. On the day of the event, one representative from each of the eight high schools representing Hyogo was selected, and the competition was conducted with eight participants. Participants were required to manufacture the parts indicated in the task drawings within the specified time and to assemble them in accordance with the assembly drawings. Under the watchful eyes of judges and accompanying teachers, the participants worked diligently on the machining for approximately 150 minutes. The machined competition parts were thoroughly examined by the judges for surface scratches, knurling, and vibration issues. Regarding dimensional accuracy, verification was conducted based on data measured by our company, leading to the final evaluation results. Using three-dimensional measuring machines and micrometers within our facilities, we inspected the dimensional accuracy and assembly dimensions in accordance with the competition evaluation criteria. At Agency Assist Co., Ltd., we will continue to support those engaged in manufacturing through our measurement services.
