Cross line marker LMX2 type now includes green wavelength in its lineup.
The LMX2 cross line marker, optimized for long-distance projection, now features a green wavelength in its lineup. By using a highly visible green wavelength, visibility during long-distance projection has been further enhanced. One laser marker can project two lines, vertical and horizontal. By utilizing a specially developed lens for cross lines, the output efficiency has improved compared to conventional products. Shortening the line length allows for cross line projection over long distances. - Compact size with an outer diameter of Φ14mm (module body is φ12mm) - One laser marker can project cross lines with good right-angle accuracy. - Clear line projection achieved with newly developed special lens for cross lines. - The special lens for cross lines can be removed, allowing it to be used as a collimated marker equivalent to the LMP type. - Size of the cross line... approximately 50mm at a distance of 1m. - Line width of the cross line... line width under 2mm (within 5m) / line width approximately 4mm (at 10m). - By adjusting the focus, line light projection with a line width of under 1mm is possible (within a distance of 1m).

We will exhibit a particle visualization system at "SEMICON Japan 2025" (December 17-19, 2025 / Tokyo Big Sight, East Exhibition Hall, East Hall 6, E6729).
We will solve the issues related to the deterioration of defect rates due to fine particles and the cleaning of manufacturing sites. The fine particle visualization system developed by Shin Nippon Air Technologies, under the ViEST brand, combines a uniquely developed ultra-sensitive camera and light source to visualize fine particles in clean rooms and equipment. It can capture their behavior in real-time while also quantifying particle information, making it a world-class visualization system. Currently, we are expanding the sale of systems and tools, as well as contract technical services utilizing them, both domestically and internationally. We have particularly rich experience in the semiconductor industry and clean rooms.
