We would like to introduce a cleaning transaction case for Company M in Shizuoka Prefecture. Before the transaction, they had outsourced the cleaning operations to an external company, but faced challenges with the cleaning process, so they were performing the cleaning in-house. However, they were unable to completely remove the dirt and were looking for an alternative vendor. At that point, our company, which specializes in cleaning with custom-made buckets, took on the outsourced cleaning. We received feedback that the results of the cleaning were very satisfactory. The "Clean Best ZERO Model 4" is a mass-produced cleaning device (fluorine-based cleaning machine) suitable for fluorine-based cleaning agents equipped with the ZERO system. The Clean Best ZERO utilizes the ultra-cool effect of a refrigeration unit to recover low-concentration solvent gases, thereby reducing the evaporation loss of expensive fluorine-based solvents. It can suppress solvent evaporation during downtime by operating the refrigeration unit alone, which helps to reduce power consumption. Additionally, it features the ultra-heat function found in standard Clean Best machines, allowing for self-heating drying above the boiling point, enabling drying within the device even for difficult workpiece shapes. The cleaning process occurs in a sealed chamber, resulting in minimal solvent release into the atmosphere. The cleaning tank has been improved for solvent-saving compared to Model 3, and by incorporating a conveyor at the workpiece entry and exit points, it allows for multiple cleaning baskets to be on standby.
