The vacuum ultrasonic cleaning device "SAUBER" is a single-chamber vacuum-sealed cleaning system specialized in particle removal, equipped with many functions effective for precision cleaning while achieving low solvent consumption.
It is possible to perform particle removal and dust cleaning, traditionally done with pure water, using fluorinated solvent cleaning. Compared to pure water, fluorinated solvents operate in a closed system that does not produce wastewater, thus placing no burden on the factory's wastewater facilities.
Additionally, the reuse of the liquid is easy, and the device has excellent cost-saving properties such as compact design and reduced power consumption. Our company has completed the SAUBER as a dedicated machine for fluorinated solvents, which possess excellent physical properties as cleaning liquids.

- Performs vacuum cleaning and vacuum drying, controlling the entire system under reduced pressure.
- The cleaning tank adopts a four-sided overflow design.
- Liquid that overflows during vacuum cleaning is continuously filtered.
- The liquid supplied to the cleaning tank is filtered through a full-volume filter.
- Upward and downward oscillation during vacuum cleaning enhances the cleaning effect.
- Up to four frequencies (40, 80, 120, 170 kHz) of ultrasound can be selected for each process.
