Bond Elut CBA is a silica-based medium-polarity packing material with carboxypropyl groups, which exhibits hydrophilic/hydrophobic interactions depending on the matrix and solvent environment. Its main characteristic lies in weak cation exchange. Due to its pKa value of 4.8, CBA does not require the extremely high alkaline environment that other cation exchange packing materials need for elution. At pH 4.8 and above, most of the functional groups carry a negative charge as cation exchange sites. Lowering the pH to 2.8 neutralizes CBA, allowing it to release and elute the compounds it has retained from the packing material. NUCLEODUR is a newly developed ultra-high purity silica gel that serves as a perfect spherical packing material with excellent mechanical strength and particle size distribution, and it is an ultra-high purity silica gel with an extremely low content of metal impurities. By using a specially modified silica gel with very few metal impurities, the "NUCLEODUR C18 GRAVITY column," which has a high density of ODS bonded, demonstrates high chemical stability and can utilize mobile phases with a pH range of 1-11. LC-SORB packing material for medium and low pressure column chromatography

Registered in DMF. It is a specially selected all-porous spherical silica-based packing material for medium and low pressure column chromatography.

1. Due to its spherical shape, a stable packed column can be obtained even with a dry method. 2. Two types of silica gel pore sizes are available: 90Å and 300Å. 3. Excellent particle size precision results in extremely symmetrical peak shapes. 10-30μm: Suitable for HPLC or medium pressure use. 25-40μm: Demonstrates high performance for medium pressure use. 40-63μm: A popular product for general low pressure use. 69-150μm: For low pressure or gravity drip use. 4. A rich product lineup through various organic modifications, including ODS (C18), C8, C4, NH2, etc. Custom orders for specified organic modifications are also accepted. 5.
