We would like to introduce a technical case where an electromagnetic water treatment device, "Hydroflow," was installed as a measure against slime and scale in aluminum extrusion oil coolers and billet heaters. On June 12, 2010, a Hydroflow model P100 was installed on a 65A circulation line piping. After installation, there were no high-temperature shutdowns of the oil cooler or billet heater during the hot summer months from June to September. Additionally, before the Hydroflow treatment, the water was quite cloudy, but after 40 days of treatment, the water became clear.
