[Development and Manufacturing Case] Sube Up (2)

Contributing to improved cleanliness! Introducing examples of the development and manufacturing of Slip-Up.

As experts in the extrusion molding of rubber and resin, we would like to introduce the development and manufacturing examples of Hottipolymer, which has assisted various companies. "Sube Up" is a high-sliding, wear-resistant resin extrusion product coated with a special slippery resin. Generally, polyolefin-based elastomers are materials that disperse rubber within the resin, making the surface of the extruded products less slippery. When used as sealing materials or gaskets, they tend to adhere easily to the counterpart materials. Our product is an irregularly shaped extruded product that is simultaneously molded with a thin film of special slippery resin, which helps prevent adhesion and improve sliding properties. 【Case Study】 <Related to residential equipment> ■ TPO is used for bathtub joints, but mold has been growing. → By adopting Sube Up, cleanliness has improved, and product performance has been enhanced. → The need for mold inhibitors has been eliminated, resulting in cost savings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Development and Manufacturing Case] Sub Up (4)

Eliminating adhesion! Introducing examples of development and manufacturing of slip-up.

As experts in the extrusion molding of rubber and resin, we would like to introduce the development and manufacturing examples of Hottipolymer, which has assisted various companies. "Sube Up" is a high-sliding, wear-resistant resin extrusion product coated with a special slippery resin. Generally, polyolefin-based elastomers are materials in which rubber is dispersed within the resin, resulting in a surface that is not slippery. When used as sealing materials or gaskets, they tend to adhere easily to the opposing material. Our product is an irregularly shaped extrusion product that is simultaneously molded with a thin film of special slippery resin, which helps prevent adhesion and improve sliding properties. [Case Study] <Automotive and Sash Related> ■ When trying to open a closed state, it becomes difficult to open and close due to adhesion. → By adopting Sube Up, a layer is formed between the product, eliminating adhesion. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

PTFE extruded products [long-length extrusion] [profiled extrusion] [roll shape]

We can provide long and irregularly shaped products using the extrusion technology of PTFE material with filler! Shorter delivery times than compression molded PTFE products! Long roll shapes!

ALP extruded products are composed of our original composite material, which combines fluororesin (PTFE) with fillers. These products integrate material technology and extrusion technology, offering unique features that cannot be found elsewhere. We can also produce products with special cross-sections. <Features> - Shape diversity: Capable of producing long products and special cross-sections that are difficult to handle with compression molding. - Long lifespan: Selection of original materials tailored to the usage environment, resulting in low friction coefficients and excellent wear resistance. - Chemical resistance: Strong against acids and alkalis. - Wide range of operating temperatures: Usable from -200°C to +200°C. - Material selection: Optimal materials are chosen based on usage conditions. We also design product shapes together. If you have the following issues, please contact us: "The sliding characteristics of the current material are poor," "Insufficient heat resistance," "Insufficient chemical resistance," etc. *ALP (Alp) is a registered trademark of Starlight Industries and refers to PTFE material reinforced with fillers. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

If it's plastic processing, vacuum forming/vacuum molding Q&A: Delivery time edition

Short lead times for plastic processing are possible! Do you have such challenges?

"I need a few dozen quickly because we won't make it in time for mass production!" "We can't make it with molds! Is there any way to process it with vacuum forming?" ... One of the advantages of vacuum forming is undoubtedly the speed from mold shaping to processing in a short period. Moreover, by forming in a vacuum state, it prevents air bubbles from entering the product, allowing for the production of very high-precision products.
